To all that are impatient to get their BNL's and JAKA's at a specific time  
I'd like you to to know that I've dealt with the public since 1991.  You  don't 
always get your breaks and lunch on time, but you do get them.  There  may be 
underlying circumstances which causes this to occur.  Have faith in  the AKA 
and the people who we have voted in (remember we've voted for them) and  are 
doing as best as they can to do the non-paying jobs and holding these  
non-paying positions for our benefit.  We have a great organization and  many of us 
couldn't do what these people do.  It was hard enough for me to  take care of 
the needs of a battalion of men as a battalion clerk during the  VietNam War
