Re: [Killietalk] Convention

Lee Harper :so happy to hear you and Curt made that long trip home wi
thout difficulty and even found time to visit the new Georgia Aquarium in
Atlanta. At 8,000,000 gals of water it is one of the biggest. I have not
visited as yet, but hear only rave reviews and must make the drive to
Atlanta soon.

I dhave found only one good battery driven aerator that has worked well for
several years on many collecting trips. It is a three gal plastic insulated
bucket called Cool Bubbles Insulated Livewell with a battery driven aerator
that runs on two D batteries. The manufacturer is Marine Metal Products. For
very long trips, Lee, I utilize a transformer t hat plugs into the cigarette
lighter of my automobile and runs a regular air pump. Naturally, upon
stopping at a motel, I simply plug the air pump into any electric outlet in
the room. My live well is easily transported and works well, as mentioned,
for short trips and collecting trips of several hours.

Thank you for a fine program at our convention, Lee. You made it look so
easy to drilll glass tanks safely and set up an automatic flow through water
system. Nice going and thanks again.
