Subject: [Killietalk] color morphs
I have Fp. gardneri clauseni Akure. In my batch of fry now sexing out, I
found a couple green/yellow males. There is no possible way it can be a
hybred as I have no other gardneri species and my A. australe orange have
never been mixed with these fish. Is it common for this species to through a
green/yellow fish where my originals where light blue/grey? All other
markings look normal but the yellow in the fins is brighter in these green
males.
These fish came from Ken Combs 2 generations ago.
Ken have you seen this color morph?
