[Killietalk] Conventions

I find conventions are what you make them.   Imported speakers are fine if 
they are experts in the field you are interested in most, but I find 
breakfast with Dr. Specht or lunch with Ken Lazara gives me more pertinent 
information than many formal programs.   For me, getting to chat with old 
friends and make a few new ones is what conventions are all about.   Putting 
faces to names and making friends of them keeps me going to the conventions. 
   I agree with Edd that you do what is important to you and my friends at 
the conventions are just that to me.   See you in Tampa!
