     Yeah, it's in WI. Joe just got appointed recently along with Jeff, so you have to excuss him, in his excitement to jump on the horse he slipped and fell on his arss. :-)
  It's been awhile since there's been a CA. Convention, and it'd be a change, but in the
  past differing from now, the West Coast could hold there own and pick up the slack
  for those who couldn't make the trip.
       Your seeing this just in the WCW. There just doesn't seem to be enough "bodies"
  for a lack of a better description, somewhere around CO. going west, to support 50-
  80% of the attendance needed to support a Convention up to the "Standards" that
  have been a tradition. Obviously nobody wants to plan and pay for party of 200 and
  only 60 show up, tends to make some people a bit testy. And really, what would be
  the point of calling it a Convention other than for namesake ?

My understanding is that there is talk about this for next year's AKA convention but I have not heard about anything that has been decided and I don't know any details. My guess is that something will be firmer in about 3 weeks.
