Folks,

As threatened, I have begun a thread in the Member Only forums of the 
AKA site about this topic, as I think it might lead to a very useful 
discussion out of which real ideas for managing and capitalizing on 
large regional shows might arise. I have posted an introductory message 
and my own reply to Karl. I would appreciate it is Lee Harper and Bob 
Goldstein would post their messages there. You should be able to simply 
cut and paste from the messages in your out box, after logging on to the 
site of course.

I'd really like to see this topic discussed in full and I think it is 
well suited to the forums. Note that you can set Notifications to send 
you a message (email or personal message, depending on how you set it 
up) when a new post is made. Note also that I found that the 
Notifications has not been working properly and have fixed that. (There 
are some advantages to using the forums myself!).

Let's see where this goes.
