[Killietalk] Not since 1998 !!

   Well folks, you may not have noticed and I know some have. BUT last month has
  had the LOWEST activity since June of 98', about 11 months after-birth... In itself it
  probably could go as titled "Escape from Cabin Fever" or "There are Killitalk police,
  and 80% has been detained for further review"
     I also happened to notice that only the April of the first year came close to this
  years numbers, and who knew or who cared right ?
     This could be the 1st real serious sign of whats to come. And hopefully the AKA,
  like GWB is FINALLY coming to grasps with, "I'm in a world-of-hurt" and NO clue how to stop the bleeding.
     I've attended 3 shows or gatherings already this year, and been well informed of 2
  others, everything from "Whew, the auction saved us" to "If nobody's gonna show, then we won't have one, so there!"
     As they say, "It's gonna get worse before it gets better". EVERYTHING is going
  to domino down from the gas prices, and the clubs who structure their expenses
  accordingly will benefit.
     I've also heard some strong complaining against the AKA dolling out the"Grant" to
  affliliates, stating it was totally wrong. Well this is one thing the AKA did that will
  directly help the affiliates this year, and couldn't happen at better time. BUT, as has
  been mentioned, change is necessary, and I can see definitely see the shows &
  Conventions being downsized or "Death do we Part".
