[Killietalk] remove me from the list

I have followed the procedure to remove my e-mail address from the list 
twice now. I have received the confirmation e-mail and I did respond and I 
even went to the link to click all with the same result I keep receiving 
unwanted e-mails from the list. Kindly remove me from the list.
