They should be just about ready to hatch if they've been stored in the 
high 70s. Dunk the peat in a couple of inches of water. They can eat 
newly hatched (preferably immediately after hatch) brine shrimp. Use 
about 1 tsp. salt per gallon and I think Nothos do best, in general, in 
slightly hard water.
