  interesting to hear that Ed.  the dageti aren't near as hungry as some others I've kept.  I would not recommend ep. Singa mixed with anything short of a big cichlid.  I lost a tankfull of threadfin rainbow fry when two singa eggs hitch-hiked on some plants.  They hatched a week after the werneri and ate all but one by the time I found that the two "big threadfins" weren't threadfins at all :)   
   
  I wouldn't have swapped the java moss had I known the singa were old enough to have spawned in it.  I thought they were still too young and grabbed a handfull of java moss out of their "growout tub".  live and learn.  Kyle

   
   
  

Hi all. I don't see anyone online tonight, but I would like to report that 
my Ep. Degeti (Monrovaie) and A.Striatum (Libreville) fry are getting along 
very well in a 15 gal. tank. They're all about the same size and eat together 
and don't fight over food yet. Thanks. Ed Brandt
