Re: [Killietalk] West Coast Weekend Schedule of events -- Tirbak's talk history talk

Hi Barry,

Thanks for the information. Put me down for a dvd. I wish I could come to the Pacific NW again. I just returned from a worldwind trip through Seattle, Vancouver and Vancouver island and I have never seen just beautiful, clean and inspiring country in my life. It makes Texas look like a garbage dump. The water was so soft right out of the tap. Perfect fish conditions.

We intend to tape the talks and in the past we have distributed them for
sale on DVD. Last year we faced a technical difficulty and didn't tape
them. Another important talk will be Glen Collier's. He is giving a
reprise of his talk at the convention last year. That talk was not taped
for some reason and we intend to include it on our DVD as well as
contributing a copy to the AKA for sale in the audiovisual program.

If you did not hear Glen's talk at the convention you missed something.
It, as well as the other great talks at WCW XV, justify a trip to
Portland in early April.

I for one would very much like to have a copy as the history of our hobby is a particular interest of mine. Peter's West Coast take on the AKA from its founding will be a welcome addition to the more common East Coast/MidWest stories. This is a program that should be preserved for all. Important stuff.
