  Well folks, due to scheduling conflicts, cross-ups what-have-ya, Dave Franco won't
  be able to make the Chicago show. He did leave me the option that if "I" REALLY
  left it necessary he would fly in, talk, say hi and bye and have to fly to "Diego" in a
  few hours. There's no way I could do that, mainly because this is STILL a hobby and
  his schedule is his BUSINESS, and popping in and out is not reflective in sprite of
  what a show should be about. Thats the bad news, because he does a good talk &
  a long time friend. Thats the bad news !
    The good news, he's gonna try and send some S.A. fish and or eggs in his place,
  and with more advanced notice etc., we've got a raincheck to cash in!
    Another correction concerning the Awards I've been touting about. Yesterday talking
  with a friend of mine from the Midwest, he made mention of one of his favorite Awards
  was from a past AKA Convention, (during my absence), which unbelieveably sounds
  similar to what we're having. The nice thing is, it's one of MANY he likes, so thats a
  plus !!
    Everything is coming together, and we'll be having are final meeting this Friday to
  dot the I's and cross the T's, select those who should be on the anal list, oops I mean
  "A" list and we'll be compiling a great assortment of plants, alot which quickly were
  gobbled up before the auction.
    There will also probably be a surprise or two, looking who the past cast of characters
  have been, bulletin board material there has been.
    I'm also trying to spread my traditional "Toast to the Missing" @ 6:00pm, hopefully
  other clubs will carry this on. At 6 I like to share a toast of "whatever" or a.k.a. my
  namesake, with those in attendance to honor those that can't be there, either moving
  away or upward. So remember at 6pm on March 25th, or any show hospitality room
  I'm at, know wherever you are, you too can participate.
    Well hope to see everyone, "We Reserve the Right to require you to say you had a
  good time !"
