Re: [Killietalk] Aphyosemion ogoense

Hi,

A. ogoense has been an ideal fish for me to keep in my cool basement where the unheated tanks are running at 62-64 degrees. I have had for some time the A. ogo. GHP 80/24 Mongouango stain that have not been any problem to keep and have distributed them to the club meetings and shows. My water comes out of the carbon tube filter at 6.5 ph, 80-100 GH with the chlorine removed and by doing 50% water changes at least once a week seems to keep them comfortable and producing eggs. Feeding has been, frozen BS,and blood worms, white worms and lately blackworms.
This is a beautiful coolwater fish that is easy to bleed, I hope this helps.
