I have to say I am sorry you feel the way you do. I think there are many who
feel things are in the control of the "old" few. Some are on power trips.
The censorship, no joking etc etc. Poor Rob was runoff the list because of
one or two jerks who were annoyed by his Posts. He was a nice guy never once
retaliated to the antagonism he received. I guess he was an easy target. He
said football once, even after he greatly improved his posts, and was kicked
off the list or censored same difference.


A new face was runoff because one grumpy old fart was annoyed. But this was
not just one grumpy old fart it was a special old fart. One that has been
around 30 years yada yada. So he is special and was Rob runoff. This kind of
crap infuriates me. What makes this person Wright? The hypocrisy is that a
couple days later this same old  fart has the audacity to joke himself in a
post that had zero Killie content. he was guilty of the very same offense he
complained about. You have got to be freaking kidding me..

Who do you think you are? are you special because you have been here 30
years? are you more important then Rob? Guys  get over yourselves no one on
Gods great earth gives a rats rear end how many fish you have bred. 300 ,
500, 1000 a zillion who gives rats rear end? there are a mere 1000 in the
entire USA. Lets get real this is a hobby and should be fun.

We need to get fresh YOUNG blood in here to lighten things up man. I love
Diapterons , I love Tropical fish period but I keep it all in perspective.
My wife , my kids, that what matters in life. If I breed every location of
Diapterons there is it will matter little when I die. What people will
remember is how many fish I gave away , how many friends I made , the good
times I had with my friends. this is what matters. Each and every member is
equal no matter how little or how much you know. I see some weird kind of
hero worship going on and its dorky and downright idiotic.

To those who feel this way I say stay.

 Things have become a bit uptight I agree. I sure hope people do not leave
we all love killies here. There are many fresh faces and we need keep these
people around.

My last note is to that of censorship. I disagree with that practice. Should
that ever happen to me you might as well just remove me from the list and
forfeit my membership I will be gone as well. Now I have no intention to
leave. I love Killies or rather Dipaterons and I intend to be here for the
long haul. In time I feel I will vote for those that I feel are more light
hearted and will welcome newcomers and invite the participation of all the
membership and not want to control everything by a hand selected few. This
same crap comes up time and again Folks. Check the archives don't be in
denial. lets address it and hopefully change it. My conscience allows only
to do what is right. If it ruffles some feathers then so be it. I do not
care if you like me or not. I do my fish for me not for any recognition from
anyone. The running off of Rob from the list was something that truly
bothered me greatly. People stand up for what is right. Do not worship some
old fart just because they think they are a killie God. Lets get real we are
people and I judge them not by how many fish they have bred but rather by
how they treat there fellow human beings.


If I cannot voice my opinion on here and you want to censor me then goodbye
AKA. What is right is right and what's wrong is wrong. I will say this most
people I have met are fantastic and I have made many good friends.  The only
way things will change is if people have the courage to stand up for what is
right and not allow these power trips to continue. This is your AKA folks.
Vote and have a voice. Ok David back to my fishroom and water changes.
