Re: [Killietalk] Island of Biko?
Francisco Malumbres and colleagues have collected in Bioko, during 2000 I
think it was. Bioko Island belongs to Equatorial Guinea and that has been an
almost impossible place to visit for many years. As I understand it,
Francisco had a personal contact in an influential position there so was
able to arrange permission. They collected various Aphyosemions, Diapteron,
Fundulopanchax, Epiplatys and Procatopus species, but no Blue Gularis.
