Lately certain senior members have been irritated by Rob's posts. Some posts
have been down right nasty. Please keep in mind Rob is new to the list.


.  I hear so much talk of mentors why don't you mentor Rob? Take the time to
explain to him how things run around here. Teach him about Killies.  As
senior and respected members  you should set the example.

If you have a problem with Rob e-mail him offlist and explain your problems
with him. MY feeling is that English is not his primary language and a
little patience from us all is due. He is a potential new member or is he an
AKA member I don't know but our treatment of Rob has been shameful and I
will not stand for it any longer. Many are acting like Grumpy old men. Lets
stop the attacks show some patience and some respect for our fellow human
beings.

Rob is a newcomer and shares our love for Killifish why on earth would we
want to push him away? I sure hope his accent has nothing to do with it.....
I wonder if his name was Wolfgang and how much more leeway we would give
him? I will give the benefit of the doubt on that one.
But I will not allow any more attacks. If you have a problem, deal with it
off list.
My take on Rob is that we simply need to e-mail him and help him understand
how things work around here. Honestly it is just impatience and grumpiness
on the part of those bothered by it.   All of Rob's comments have been in
good nature. He is just trying to join our conversation.

I have kids, I deal my kids differently depending on what they have done
wrong. If they intended to be malicious the punishment will be severe but if
it was just a lack of knowing the rules then I simply explain them. Think
about it.

Now I do not wish a quarrel so if you have a problem e-mail me off list
