I assumed you dumped the salts in to your large mixing tank where they would 
be dilute enough but I suppose a concentrated solution of each salt could be 
used as well. Here are some pertinent solubilities from a Chemical Handbook.
Calcium chloride  74.5 g/100 cc (pph)
Calcium sulfate 0.209
Magnesium chloride  54.25
Magnesium sulfate       20

We normally are making final solutions in the 100 ppm range which is 
equivalent to 0.1 ppt or 0.01 pph, so the solubility limits are not a problem at the 
aquarium or storage tank. They just need to be considered in making up 
concentrated solutions.
