[Killietalk] Please send only on topic messages

I am behind on reading the KillieTalk messages but I started 
receiving multiple complaints about messages without appropriate 
content.  I did  a random check of messages and the complaints appear 
to be valid.

Please send private messages when you do not have appropriate content 
for the fish list.  We are losing members because they have to weed 
through many messages before they get to relevant ones.  Everyone has 
something to offer and so when the list loses a member, we all lose.

I really appreciate your cooperation with this request.
