Dear Don,

On grants to affiliate clubs for their Annual Meeting and Show, make the
request through the Affiliate Club Chair with a copy to me. Give us the
dates of the annual show and whether it is a 1 or 2 day affair. Grants are
to be used for assistance in obtaining speakers and/or a Best-of-show
trophy. Contact the N&RSC Chair regarding the fish. These are to be
purchased by the affiliate club. We just want to be sure that they are made
available to the club by N&RSC. It depends on their stock-on-hand or
availability.
