[Killietalk] Assistance Grant / N&RSC

   As mentioned in December, the AKA is, or I should say has started offering a $500
  and $250 grant since November of 05'. And also was mentioned the attempt to offer
  N&RS fish for an affiliated show, both contingent upon the Affiliate Club Chair. & BOT
  approval.
     This is all fine and dandy, but to save from multiply requests & replies, I haven't seen
  any "specific" process for either. Speaking for the CKA (Chicago) group, are we going
  to have to make requests for both the grant (to whom?), and also the N&RSC ?
     Obviously it's a simple thing, but since most annual affiliate shows are posted in the
  BNL, and assuming the BOT & related Chairs. take note.Would it be to liberal to think
  the "approval process" would be nearly automatic, and the grant / list of available fish
  to be offered with terms, be mailed to the affiliate club as sort of an SOP.
     And for whatever reason, if not, and knowing at least one BOT & N&RSC person will
  receive this, can "you" take measures from here ?
