[Killietalk] First time conventioneers

It is time to start thinking about the convention again and the need in 
identifying first time attendees so we can make sure we welcome them into 
the group.   Perhaps all that is needed is to highlight their name on their 
name tag.

Overall, I think we did a pretty good job last year as I chatted with 
several of them.  It is hard for some people to barge into a group without 
some encouragement.
