A lot of people would find that analogy distasteful. All participants 
please make sure your posts do not have unintended potentially offensive 
connotations.

Having said that, I agree with Mike. This is a democratic organization. 
Every member, once they have been in the organization for a couple of 
years, can stand for election to the BOT. If you think you have better, 
more persuasive ways for the AKA to be run, allow yourself to be 
nominated and present a detailed series of proposals to the voters in 
your candidate's statement. If your ideas are good, you will get elected.
