Hello Everyone!

Need some advice here. I have a huge bloom of snails in my recirculation system, they are the tiny mystery snails. Anyway, I am concerned they may be consuming good eggs as well as bad eggs. I would like to just treat the system with some kind of copper, like the product "had a snail" and then rinse all the equipment. I know it would be safer for the fish if I just physically tore down all the tanks and sanitized all the equipment, but seems like a small, temporary dose of copper shouldn't hurt the fish, but pretty much annihilate the infusorians in the system. I could always add some back with a separate java mass, from another snail free system. I would use loaches/botias but I keep my system cool for Diapterons.

Any thoughts/opinions are welcome!

Thanks in advance!
