I hear this repeatedly and don't buy it at all. There's nothing to stop 
the lister from stating "limited quantity". When I have listed in the 
BNL, even when I had dozens of pairs available, I was certainly not 
overwhelmed with buyers, so I would worry that you're going to get 
swamped for weeks after listing. I suspect people have other reasons for 
not listing, either too busy to be running to the PO or just can't be 
bothered, or maybe some other reasons too.
