Re: [Killietalk] "O" rings
Actually they are inside the tank with gentle flowing water, but there is
also a very generous amount of silicone goop over them to create a good
seal. So perhaps the silicone is preventing a leak of any nasties from the
o-rings. Anyway I have luckily not had any problems with fish deformity or
unexplained deaths.

If I correctly visualize where you use the O-rings, they are not in
direct flowing water contact to any significant extent, anyway. No?
