It's a little hard to see the details, but some of them look thread
like, suggesting a parasitic nematode of some kind, probably Camellanus.
I have never experienced this parasite in my fishroom, but Charles
Harrison reports that levamisole works. Look at his site

You can buy levamisole in various pet stores or feed stores catering to
horse owners, etc. Charles probably can also send you some, but you need
to act quickly.
