if the haze has been on the glass for several months, or just never
really made much difference over some time, It may be etched into the
glass.
Nothing short of replacing the glass will restore it. The best test
is to see if a razor blade will remove the haze followed by either
Vinegar or Lime-Away.
If it still remains then it's etched. :-( Oh well . . . .
