I thought I saw some CITIES statistics from Brazil on crocidilian & spotted
cat skins, appauling is an understatement...I'm pretty sure the total for
jaguars, ocelots et exceeded over 100K per year for some yrs during the 80's
(even tho all 5-6 species in question were endangered)...I think Brazil has
bigger issues than worrying over a few fish

So, does that means we should get rid of all the species that has the
collection location within brazil.

That policy only forbid everyone else from exporting but the previlage few.
