Basically, you cannot, if you mean to the USA. The export licenses are
difficult to get, but the US Endangered Species Act of 1973 makes it
illegal to possess any fish that has been declared endangered by an
agency of the government of the original habitat.
The Brazil Dept. of Commerce, in a rather dumb move trying to protect a
small but growing export business, declared nearly all the known
Brazilian killifish species as "endangered" so we cannot keep any of
them, here, any more, legally. Now they cannot send any to what was
their biggest market. :-(
