I wonder what the water was like before the move? any soap scum there?

Did you change altitude much with the move?

How often did you change how much water routinely before the move?

Has the egg production slowed or is it the # of fry obtained ?
Is there a change in the hatch rate or are you seeing more dead eggs 
to start with?
