[Killietalk] advice on digital cameras

I would like advice on purchasing a digital camera. What are the parameters I should look for? I would like to be able to post pictures on web pages or share in email. Also if there is anyone in the Baton Rouge area that could takes some picture for me. I would be willing to transport to their so there little effort envolved.
