Re: [Killietalk] Are we chasing any newbies away?
I'm a high school English teacher (poor kids) who was able to run a nice
little project with a teacher in the Biology department. We started out with
nice clear Aphyosemion exigoideum eggs, chosen because they have a nice size
and the parents were producing. I brought the eggs in as soon as I had
enough (2-3 days after the first ones were laid). They were photographed
using a microscope. Then, they were filmed, once the fry were moving toward
hatching. Finally, one fry was raised, although that part broke down. It was
an excellent project.
