I think that the one way is send is send by post... as a letter, out of law, 
but effective.
Here there are many stupid burocracies, but I like my country =]
To us make a payment by bank, the tax is R$ 200 (almost 100 dollars)...
I know many people receive money by Paypal, but i dont know how this works.
I hope you can unnderstand my poor english...
