[Killietalk] pappiliferus

Last year I received several pair of a fish called Nematolebias
pappiliferus. (prolific as ! at #$%^&* by the way)....... And please
correct my spelling of it if I have it wrong.

OK, sure looks like whiteii to me! But I am told that someone has
officially proclaimed it a new and separate species. I just did a search
for it on the computer here and found nothing. Can anyone direct me to a
link that tells me a little more about this species? And more
specifically WHY someone thinks it's NOT whiteii.
