Re: [Killietalk] spam: Looking to expand diet

Lisa,

How is the temperature outside where you live? Many cultures could be kept
outside or in the garage if that would work for your husband. White worms
would prefer cooler temps. If you have warmer temps, you can raise daphnia
in outside tubs. A bin with kitchen scraps can be used to raise red worms
that can be chopped for the fish. A small refrigerator in the garage could
be used to keep blackworms.

Just a few ideas.

Moring all,

I thought I would ask the experts. I am currently feeding my killi's grindal
worms, frozen brine shrimp, frozen bloodworms and frozen daphina on a
rotating basis.
I am looking to expand there live food consumption...what would you
recommend? My husband will not put up with food trurning into "bugs in the
house" .......I got the grindal worms past him. Is there something out there
just as easy as grindals without "freaking" him out?
Who would have thought a man would have a bug fettish?
Recommendiations????

Lisa
