To anyone that claims to be in charge or to have influence:

Here, on the left (as in left out) coast, I get by BNL from 12 to 15 
days after I see comments on the current issue from members in the east.

The current policy of assuring equal availability of BNL information 
to all members provides, by prohibiting any other publication of the 
information, the least equity available.  Everyone, outside of the 
zip code where the BNL is mailed, is from one day to more then two 
weeks behind.  The BNL takes even longer to reach our foreign members.

If the BNL were to be published on the web site the day it is mailed, 
everyone, world wide, would have an opportunity to read the 
information the next day.  There are computer for public use in 
libraries, schools, and colleges that are as close as the nearest 
post office. There are telephones and friends for those with an 
urgent need to know.
