Lisa, I partition my setups owing to lack of space and have some 
thoughts to share with you.  Apply whatever makes sense.

4-tier Fish Rack

This setup has adjustable partitions which I used for breeding annuals. 
  Not fry-proof.

 From a LFS relocation sale.  Works great for non-annuals but as a 
safeguard, only one species from each genus per tier.

If you're looking for covers, I adapted these from Lorraine's fishroom. 
  Instead of little balls, a loop of cable-ties works just as well.
