Re: [Killietalk] Dividing tanks? and show me your fish rooms

Dividing a 30 won't be as useful as having a large undivided tank. You
can't clean 1/3 of a tank. 30s are great for raising large spawns, starting
with a few inches of water when they're small and adding volume (with water
changes) as they grow. Big tanks are best for large hatches, as they provide
room for overfeeding mistakes, and, more importantly, dilute the growth
inhibiting substances so you get more even growth and better growth. Small
crowded tanks just crash and burn.
