[Killietalk] quiii

Wow . . . Ken . . . for sure what is shown your pic looks to be the quiii
except the shape of the tail. I never saw that shape and I had maybe 20-30
fish (15 males) of these WAY a long time ago (2 ? 2 ½ years ago) and I
really remember the flag shape of all of them . . . I don?t think it?s
entirely out of the question that there may have been an injury on your fish
and it has healed to give that shape. Not only is the quiii a BIG fish but
they don?t like males in the same tank . . . possible injury! A look at the
first hatch should answer that question. I would like some of the eggs to
find out but they are a bit pricey right now!

Good luck with them . . . it is a pretty, pretty fish but you have to
appreciate the size being Blue Gularis and bigger! I?m not discouraging
anyone but you aren?t going to put these in a 2 gallon . . . ;-) ;-) I would
like to have some again myself.

Mike
