Re: [Killietalk] How do you breed your mop spwners?

JC (and whomever can concur/dispute this amnomility)....

My success/failure with GAR seems to vary with methodology...
For me: Akure & N'Sukka: mops are OK, eggs OK being picked, water stored OK;
16-21 days...close to zero fungus...Whereas, poorer luck using the "mop &
store" method w/ GAR "makurdi" & "P-82", in fact almost nothing unless in or
on top of peat for 3-6 weeks... both pop's seem more "sensitive" to
handling...

 Yes I can get 4 spawning of 3 to 4 days each to hatch at once with my
gardneri with no problem. So instead of hatching 5 to 10 a day I was
hatching 70 or so fry every 2 weeks. The gardneri have a window 25 to 35
days to hatch with this method. So it makes it so that you can get 2 weeks
spawn hatching at once as long as you pull the eggs every few days.
