Re: [Killietalk] "no eggs"

I got some of the Simp. const from Ken(12 or so first
hatch and another dozen or so from the second and none
the third wettings). I had great results from them. He
sent me some Notho eggs which had a very low hatch
rate and they did not last long after hatching(3 from
the first wetting and one fry the second). As
mentioned several times my son killed off all but 3 of
the Simp. const. The good news is at 4 months old they
are still small but it looks like one male and 2
females. He really helped me get started with my
limited budget. If I knew what to look for to make
sure the eggs were ready to be wet and such as I was
totally new to these fish I may have had better
results but then again one bag did great the other did
not. On trades with a few other people the results
have been like 30% hatch so far with a few being
totally duds. But most of these species my son
finished off for me.
