Well, I think that depends on the species and seller that you are trading
with.
There is a few person in aquabid that i don't mind bidding even when the egg
counts is less than 15. As the pass experience tell me that about 70% or
more of the egg will survive and the seller don't mind sell you more when
more eggs are available.
One of them is from Taiwan. The seller eventually sent me fish instead of
egg with no extra cost after a number of failure.
What i am trying to say is that we should not let the few bad deal spoil the
atmosphere of this hobby. There are many good person as oppose to the bad
egg. Of course dealing with those you know well would minimize the risk but
you are also restricting yourself to other interesting personal.
