[Killietalk] Netiquette

  The IBC Webmaster, Andrea Edwards, has found a great web site devoted 
to Netiquette. Parts of this
site should be required reading for those new to computers before going
on line.

As some of you know, I sometimes have trouble with #10 of Courtesy #1.
