Sorry I missed the ACA maybe next year.

The savings come in shipping the bulk material to the factory not on the
finished product.

Will you be able to drill all 600?  

By the way they use satellites to read brain waves, the helicopters only
come into play when the men in black come to take you away.  ;)

Kind of funny we just hosted the ACA and bought about 600 tanks.  While they
would be a little cheaper(they come by truck so it is not a lot of
difference) to ship out info said that was not the reason.....and no I don't
see black helicopters.......
