[Killietalk] missing pages

Hi,
Oh, I guess I hadn't considered that a publication would start with any 
number but 1. After seeing someone else was missing pages just assumed I 
was, and I am not. Thanks for the civil reply, and no thanks to the guy 
who emailed me off list in a rude manner.
