As a general rule I never send out fish without payment, but I made an
exception about a month ago and of course I have not been paid and I
cannot establish contact now.  It was a newby that had been on the
Dallas Killifish site.  Several of us have kind of been trying to build
the local club so I was trying to be a nice trusting guy......anyway if
