I've been using Verizon DSL for almost 2 years.  I never used their e-mail 
for killitalk and the few times I tried to use it for personal e-mail I 
found it to be totally unreliable.  I can't remember the last tiem I was 
able to connect to the Verizon server, I just get a message that the Verizon 
severs are unavailable.  I just use them to connect to the internet and use 
Hotmail or work for e-mail.  It's less stressful that way.
