[Killietalk] JAKA article on shipping

The article on shipping fish via USPS was great.  The only correction I would 
make is that all references to Section 525.5-7 should be replaced with 
Section 526.6.  I downloaded Publication 52 (all 343 pages of it) from the USPS site 
yesterday in order to check out the appropriate sections.  Sections 525.5 
through .7 are no long there, but the appropriate chart in 526.6 is there are 
indicated.
