I go to the Chinese food market and get dried shrimp, the ones that look 
like freeze dried krill 8 oz. for $1.98. I also use the imitation crab 
frozen and cut it with a potato peeler, if done with the grain you can make 
it look like long white worms. The peeler also works on frozen beef and 
frozen cooked chicken.
