What you are looking for is J-Bead moulding.
http://www.onoindustries.com/toc.htm is an outfit just east of Harrisburg, PA
and they produce a large variety of sizes.  You can also get a limited number
of sizes at your local home improvements store like a Home Depot or Lowe's.
I would also check with folks in the Michiana club as you would find a lot
used in mobile home construction (Tom Rapor's RV?? in Richmond).

I have bought the stuff by the box to also do (sometime in the future) tank
renovation and have a couple hundred feet of the smaller stuff.  I purchase a
few cases of the 1/2" stuff every few years and cut tank and shoe/sweater box
labels to hang on the containers and easily move species ID's with fish as I
move them from container to container as they grow (your get about 80 1.5"
labels from a 10' piece that costs maybe 8-10 cents a running foot in bulk
and maybe twice that in Lowe's on a one piece purchase).  Ono is a commercial
extruder and is used to selling in million running foot lots but if you stop
by their facility and pay cash, they will sell to you.
